Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise that can help reduce stress and anxiety. This class covers the basics of Tai Chi including gentle warm-up exercises designed to open and loosen the joints, walking drills to increase coordination and balance, and form work to develop a sense of whole-body connection and grace. A short meditation concludes each class.
