Tai Chi, a graceful form of exercise, can help reduce stress and anxiety. This class includes gentle warm-up exercises designed to open and loosen the joints, walking drills to in-crease coordination and balance, and form work to develop a sense of whole-body connection and grace. A short period of meditation concludes each class.
